2009 Co-Vention Drag Race
The most anticipated drag race event...well, since there has been Pontiac drag racing took place July 10, 2009 at Kil-Kare Raceway. The Jim Wangers POCI-GTOAA Co-Vention Drags as part of the 2009 GTOAA-POCI Co-Vention was the all-time largest convention drag race! With 120 racers and nearly 1000 spectators the event was a tremendous success. Cash of nearly $6,000 and close to another $4,000 in merchandise was awarded. For the complete results click here.
