The lot at Wangers' Garage quickly filled up with nearly 100 cars in total being put on display.

A special display of race cars included Wangers' Ponte Carlo, Jim Taylor's '64 Tempest, Ron Hildreth's '65 GTO, a '67 NASCAR GTO, Jerry Beaudry's '66 LeMans and the GeeTO Tiger. Later in the day, these racers fired'm up to put one a "cackle fest" for all to hear.

The reincarnated GeeTO Tiger parked in front of two of Wangers' four anniversary Trans Ams. Not seen but to the left was the '69 RA III Trans Am, the '79 Trans Am (w/ 54 miles), the '79 Trans Am (a documented Indy Parade car) and the '99 Trans Am.

Bill Bauer, President of the SCC POCI presents Jim Wangers with an appreciation plaque for Jim's continued support of the club and his generosity in opening his garage for the '08 Show 'n Go.

Thom Trafford, President of the Inland Empire GTO presents Jim Wangers' with the John DeLorean Award and a certificate from Kathryn DeLorean for his lifelong dedication to the GTO.

Looking North there was nothing but Pontiacs and Pontiyakers. In the foreground Jim Wangers admires Jim Thompson's '68 Firebird convertible with Burt McGrath (yellow shirt) founder of the Huntington Beach Concurs d' Elegance.

Inside the Wangers Garage were several subject cars from the new book, Pontiac PIZAZZ co-authored by Jim Wangers and Art Fitzpatrick. Fitz was on hand giving a "sneak peak" at the next set of U.S. Postage Stamps so gloriously painted by Fitz.

From the left, Wangers' favorite Pontiac—the '69 Judge, his '69 GP "Hurst prototype" and the '67 400 Firebird. All three are featured in Pontiac PIZAZZ as is the "Bandit" as on display with some of the books' Fitz art.

Jim Wangers' "Pick of the Show" went to this gorgeously restored '65 2+2 owned by David Baun.
